Privacy and Cookie Policy

Last updated: 6 November 2026

This policy explains how Wall Graphic Pro collects and uses personal information when you visit wallgraphicpro.co.uk, request a quote or contact us about our wall printing services. We process personal information in accordance with the UK General Data Protection Regulation (UK GDPR), the Data Protection Act 2018 and, where applicable, the Privacy and Electronic Communications Regulations 2003 (PECR), as amended. Effective date: 25 October 2026

1. Who is responsible for your information

The controller responsible for your personal information is Dominik Stefanski, a sole trader trading as Wall Graphic Pro, based in Trowbridge, Wiltshire, United Kingdom. You can use these contact details for questions, requests or complaints about your personal information.

2. Information we collect

Information you provide

When you use our quote form, we receive the information you submit, which may include:
  • your full name and/or company name;
  • your email address and telephone number;
  • the town or postcode of the project and, if provided, the full address;
  • the width and height of the wall;
  • artwork and photographs of the wall uploaded as attachments;
  • additional notes, your description of the project and other information in your enquiry.
The form requires an email address, a location and wall dimensions. Other project details and attachments can help us prepare an accurate quote. Providing information is voluntary, but without the required details we cannot process a quote request through the form. If we need further information, we will contact you. We also receive information you provide when contacting us by email or telephone, and correspondence or project records needed to deal with your request or provide an agreed service. Please avoid including unnecessary personal information, sensitive information or identifiable people in uploaded photographs and artwork. If you provide someone else’s personal information, please ensure you are entitled to share it and make this policy available to them.

Information collected when you browse

Our website and hosting infrastructure may record technical information such as your IP address, request date and time, requested page or file, browser and operating system information, referring page and error or security events. These records support website operation and security. We use externally hosted Google Fonts, which involves your browser sending requests to Google as explained in section 6. Cookies and similar technologies are explained in section 8.

We do not use Google Analytics, Google Ads, Meta Pixel or other advertising pixels on this website. We do not carry out advertising profiling or make solely automated decisions that produce legal or similarly significant effects on you.

4. Quote forms and email

Our quote form uses the MetForm WordPress plugin. Submitted information is stored in the website’s WordPress database, and uploaded files are stored within the website’s hosting environment. Submissions are also sent to our business email inbox. Website hosting: Hostinger. Email hosting and delivery of form messages: Google Workspace. Our business email inbox and the sending and receiving of messages from the quote form are handled through Google Workspace. Google therefore processes the contact details, enquiry content and any attachments included in those messages as part of providing the service. MetForm is software installed on our website. Its use does not, by itself, mean that the plugin developer receives your submissions. Any separately enabled integrations would need to be assessed and disclosed.

5. Who may receive your information

We share information only where needed for the purposes described in this policy. Recipients may include:
  • Hostinger, which provides website hosting and stores website data, form submissions and uploaded files;
  • Google, which provides business email and delivery of form messages through Google Workspace, and separately receives technical requests when externally hosted Google Fonts are loaded;
  • authorised website maintenance and IT support providers, where access is needed;
  • accountants, legal advisers and insurers, where necessary for their services;
  • courts, regulators, law enforcement or other bodies where disclosure is legally required or necessary to protect legal rights.
Service providers acting as processors must handle information under appropriate contractual terms. Some recipients act as independent controllers for their own legal or professional purposes. We do not sell your personal information. Provider information: Hostinger Privacy Policy and Hostinger Data Processing Addendum, together with the Google Workspace Cloud Data Processing Addendum and Google Privacy Policy.

6. Google Fonts

This website loads fonts from Google Fonts servers rather than storing all font files locally. Your browser connects to Google to request the relevant resources. Those requests transmit your IP address, the requested resource URL and HTTP headers, which may include browser information and the referring website. Google states that its Fonts API does not set or log cookies and does not use the information collected through the API to create user profiles or serve targeted advertising. External font requests still involve processing technical information, even though we do not use Google’s analytics or advertising tools. Further information: Google Fonts FAQ and Google Privacy Policy.

7. International transfers

Our providers may process information outside the United Kingdom. Google Fonts requests may be processed in the United States or other countries used by Google’s infrastructure. Hostinger hosting arrangements and Google Workspace email, form-message delivery, support and backup arrangements may also involve overseas processing or access. Where a restricted international transfer takes place, an appropriate UK transfer mechanism is required. Depending on the recipient and destination, this may be UK adequacy regulations, the UK Extension to the EU–US Data Privacy Framework for an eligible certified US recipient, or appropriate contractual safeguards such as the UK International Data Transfer Agreement or the UK Addendum to the EU Standard Contractual Clauses, together with any required assessment and additional protections. You can contact us for information about the safeguards used for your information and how to obtain a copy, subject to lawful redactions.

8. Cookies and similar technologies

Cookies are small files stored on your device. Similar technologies may store or access information in your browser. Our website uses a GDPR/cookie management plugin to manage privacy settings. Strictly necessary technologies can be used without consent where the relevant PECR exemption applies, for example to provide a service you request or remember your privacy choices. Technologies requiring consent must remain disabled until you give that consent. You can refuse or withdraw optional consent without affecting the lawfulness of earlier processing. We do not use analytics or advertising cookies for Google Analytics, Google Ads or Meta Pixel. You can also delete or block cookies through your browser settings. Blocking cookies needed for particular functions may prevent those functions from working.

9. Your rights

Depending on the circumstances and lawful basis, you may ask us to:
  • provide access to your personal information and a copy;
  • correct inaccurate or incomplete information;
  • erase information or restrict its use;
  • provide information you supplied in a portable format, where automated processing is based on consent or contract;
  • give effect to withdrawal of consent where processing relies on consent, without affecting earlier lawful processing.

Your right to object

You may object to processing based on legitimate interests on grounds relating to your particular situation. We will stop unless we demonstrate compelling legitimate grounds overriding your interests, rights and freedoms, or need the information for legal claims. You have an absolute right to object to direct marketing if your information is ever used for that purpose. Send requests to contact@wallgraphicpro.co.uk. We may request proportionate information to verify your identity. Requests are normally free, and we normally respond within one month. Lawful exceptions, extensions and rules on clarification may apply; we will explain any applicable delay or refusal.

10. Complaints

If you are concerned about our handling of personal information, email contact@wallgraphicpro.co.uk or write to the address in section 1. Explain your concern and the outcome you seek. We will acknowledge your complaint within 30 days, investigate it and communicate the outcome without undue delay. You also have the right to complain to the UK supervisory authority, the Information Commissioner’s Office (ICO). Visit ico.org.uk/make-a-complaint for information on raising a complaint.

11. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy to reflect changes to our services, data processing or legal requirements. The current version will be published on this page with its effective date. Where required, we will bring significant changes or new purposes to your attention before the new processing starts.
